Carrot Cake Oat Breakfast

Cake Batter
2 Smashed Bananas
2 Grated Carrots
1.5 Cups of Oats
1 Egg
2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
(I used Strawberry/Banana Whey Protein)
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Walnuts or Pecans (optional)
1/4 Cup Raisins
1.5 Cups Milk
(I used Almond Milk)
Mix Together and Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes
Use 9x9 pan for thicker pieces or 9x13 for thinner pieces
Line pan with parchment paper for easy removal
Icing
2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon Honey or Agave
(I used Agave)
Mix Together by hand or hand mixer and spread on cake after cake has cooled off
